Getty’s most recent newsletter announces that their new upload platform “ESP” will go live on November 14th, 2016. With the transition to the new upload platform, Getty contributors will lose all historical upload information.
For those of you who do not want to lose the data, you can download your Getty data into your Stock Performer account before the 14th of November. Doing so will keep a safe copy in your Stock Performer account, even after the Getty transition.
Stock Performer serves as a separate store of all your data
As a reminder, Stock Performer offers paying customers a safe place to keep all your account’s historical data (uploads and sales). The data is stored in our own servers separately from the agencies. So if your agency carries out changes which affect your data in one way or another, you can still keep it safe and retrieve it in Stock Performer.
